Vishwanathan (Vish) Padmanabhan
Vish’s experience is rich with over three decades of digital commerce and global service delivery. He drives Charles Hudson’s strategic direction and day-to-day operations, working closely with every client to ensure outcomes meet both expectations and the company’s high standards. A domain expert in commerce strategy and operations, Vish brings deep consulting insight and pragmatic leadership to every engagement. Before co-founding Charles Hudson with Karan (CTO, Charles Hudson), he held senior roles including SVP for Revenue and Client Satisfaction at Professional Access (now Zensar) and leadership at PSI Data Systems, a subsidiary of Bull SA, France.

Karan Puri
Karan brings over 15 years of experience in digital solutions, having worked with some of the world’s biggest retail brands. As Co-Founder and CTO of Charles Hudson, he leads the technology vision and ensures delivery consistently exceeds client expectations. Karan is deeply passionate about creating solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. He thrives on taking ideas from concept to impact—and when not leading delivery, he’s usually found tapping his way through pristine golf courses around the world.

Emma is a senior sales leader with more than 20 years of experience driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams across the retail and technology landscape. Her career spans start-ups and global enterprises alike, including leadership roles at Toys“R”Us, Salesforce, and Accenture, where she consistently positioned quality and customer success as levers for long-term growth. At Charles Hudson, Emma leads Sales and Customer Success, forging strategic partnerships that help global retailers advance their QA maturity and embed quality assurance as a core driver of business performance. With degrees in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, and Technology from Babson College, she brings an entrepreneurial mindset that balances vision with execution, shaping scalable growth strategies that deliver measurable impact.

Fred Argir
Fred has more than 30 years in his career. He has significant experience in entrepreneurial endeavors and in retail serving in several roles ranging from an investor to President/CIO/CDO. He has served in leadership roles at iconic brands like Target, ToysRus, and Barnes & Noble. Additionally, he has been a frequent presenter on Digital transformation and business leadership. Fred is very involved in non-profit charities that benefit children. Fred lives in the Minneapolis area.

Robert Brazile
Robert Brazile is a 35 year veteran of the software industry and has served as an executive for several tech firms. He is a consultant and advisor to technology startups; before that, he was SVP of Strategic Data and Analytics at Fidelity Investments and CTO of Fidelity Health Marketplace. Prior to that, he was CTO at ATG (Oracle Commerce). He is a computer science graduate of Rice University and lives in the Boston area.
